Mark Green, a U.S. Congressman representing Tennessee’s 7th district, has addressed various topics on Twitter. He acknowledged the Month of the Military Child, expressed gratitude towards law enforcement, and announced his support for legislative efforts related to election integrity and democratic institutions.

On April 1, 2025, Green posted a tweet recognizing “April is Month of the Military Child. As a veteran who served overseas, I want to thank our military families, especially those waiting every day for their mom or dad to come home. Thank you for your service to our nation.”

Later that day, he attended the Major Cities Law Enforcement Conference, where he praised the courage of law enforcement personnel with a tweet: “Great to be at the Major Cities Law Enforcement Conference this weekend. Our men and women in law enforcement put their lives on the line every day to protect our communities. Thank you for having me!”

Additionally, Green shared his endorsement for a legislative act known as the SAVE Act by co-sponsoring it alongside Representative Chip Roy. On the subject, Green tweeted: “I’m proud to cosponsor @RepChipRoy’s SAVE Act. What’s at stake: The integrity of our elections The legitimacy of our democratic institutions.”
