Rep. Mark Green, currently serving in the U.S. Congress representing Tennessee's 7th district, has recently shared his perspectives on several issues through social media posts. These posts highlight his legislative efforts and views on government spending and immigration policies.

On February 12, 2025, Rep. Green expressed his commitment to controlling technology transfers to China by introducing a bill aimed at preventing the sharing of sensitive technologies with the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). He stated: "This is exactly why I introduced my China Technology Transfer Control Act. My bill will ensure that the United States does not share sensitive technologies with the CCP."

In a subsequent post on February 13, 2025, Rep. Green addressed concerns about government spending inefficiencies by highlighting excessive markups in procurement processes. He remarked: "An 8,000% markup for soap dispensers is only the beginning of government waste. The American people demanded reform, and President Trump is already delivering."

Later that day, Rep. Green criticized media coverage regarding the costs associated with transporting illegal immigrants back to their countries of origin while emphasizing broader financial implications under current immigration policies. He commented: "Suddenly, the mainstream media cares about how much it costs to transport illegal immigrants back to their countries of origin. Meanwhile, illegal immigrants who crossed into the U.S. under the Biden admin are costing Americans billions."
