He remarked that "President Zelenskyy came into the Oval Office entitled—an actor on his biggest stage ever, but if he wants results for his country, he is going to have to show President Trump and the American people some respect." He expressed gratitude for appearing on Fox News' America Newsroom.
Later that day, Rep. Green discussed a mineral agreement involving Ukraine and the United States. He stated that "this mineral agreement is a win-win." According to him, it provides security guarantees for Ukraine while aiding the U.S. in acquiring essential raw materials without reliance on China.
