On March 5, 2025, Rep. Mark Green expressed his support for the Army in a traditional sporting rivalry by tweeting "#GoArmy, #BeatNavy!"
The following day, on March 6, he addressed concerns about campus protests with a tweet stating that "Disrupting classes and harassing Jewish students isn’t free speech. These antisemitic protests have no place on our college campuses."
Later that day, Rep. Green commented on an interim final rule concerning export licenses for firearms and related components under the current administration. He tweeted that "The Biden-Harris administration’s interim final rule on issuance and renewal of export licenses for certain firearms, related components, and ammunition has now lasted almost a year. With the confirmation of Secretary Lutnick, I trust that this IFR will come to an end."
