The Williamson County Sheriff's Office Traffic Unit will be conducting a DUI Checkpoint on Friday, June 17th, 2022 on Franklin Road in Brentwood. This date and location have been chosen in remembrance of fallen Brentwood Officer Destin Legieza. The anniversary date of Officer Legieza's death is on Saturday June 18th, but due to the benefit ride for Officer Legieza being held on that Saturday we will be conducting the DUI Checkpoint on Friday night. We also plan to have extra WCSO Deputies on patrol looking for drunk and distracted drivers throughout that weekend.
