On December 11, Rep. Green addressed concerns regarding drone technology. In another tweet dated December 12, Rep. Green criticized the Biden-Harris administration for allegedly infringing on Americans' privacy rights through the Bank Secrecy Act. He remarked that "The Biden-Harris administration will stop at nothing to undermine Americans’ privacy as it increasingly weaponizes the Bank Secrecy Act to spy on them."
