On February 20, 2025, Rep. Green highlighted the challenges faced by Americans living outside major cities in accessing emergency care. He stated "Americans living outside of major cities are being overlooked when it comes to emergency care. That’s why I’m reintroducing two critical bills to improve rural health access." He also invited followers to watch his testimony before the Ways and Means GOP from the last Congress.

In another tweet posted on the same day at 14:03 UTC, Rep. Green commended former President Trump for his actions regarding border security. He remarked "President Trump promised to secure the border, and that’s exactly what he has done. Promises made, promises kept!"

Later that day at 15:01 UTC, Rep. Green addressed the issue of holding Communist China accountable for its role in the fentanyl crisis. He suggested financial measures against those facilitating this illegal trade by stating "It is past time to hold Communist China accountable for its role in the fentanyl crisis—and one way to do this is to go after the money launderers who make this illegal drug trade possible."
