Rep. Mark Green, currently serving in the U.S. Congress representing Tennessee’s 7th district, shared a series of tweets on March 25, 2025, addressing various issues ranging from electric vehicles to antisemitic violence on university campuses and the state of American shipbuilding.

In his first tweet of the day at 12:01 PM UTC, Rep. Green commented on the perception of electric cars as the future by some political groups, specifically mentioning Tesla. He tweeted: "The left: Electric cars are the future! When it’s a Tesla:".

Later at 1:02 PM UTC, Rep. Green addressed concerns about antisemitic violence on university campuses. He stated that universities allowing such acts should not receive taxpayer funding and expressed gratitude towards former President Trump for his stance on protecting students. His tweet read: "Universities that allow antisemitic violence to take place on their campuses should not receive a single dime from American taxpayers. I am thankful to President Trump for taking a stand and protecting our students."

In another post at 3:57 PM UTC, Rep. Green reflected on America's historical leadership in commercial shipbuilding and expressed concern over its decline, emphasizing its importance to national defense. He wrote: "The United States used to be the world leader in commercial shipbuilding. For too long, America has ceded its leadership in shipbuilding, which is critical to our defense industrial base."
