Rep. Mark Green, who has served in the U.S. Congress representing Tennessee’s 7th district since 2019, recently shared his views on border security, maritime industry revitalization, and cancer awareness through a series of tweets.

On March 25, 2025, Rep. Green criticized the Biden administration's handling of border security. He stated that the administration "tied the hands of our Border Patrol agents and ICE officers," resulting in "millions of poorly vetted inadmissible aliens" entering the country, including individuals involved in gang activities and human trafficking. "This victory at our borders makes the past four years even more of a tragedy."

The following day, March 26, 2025, Rep. Green expressed support for the SOS Act as a means to strengthen national security by rebuilding America's maritime industrial base. He described it as "a critical step towards restoring our maritime industrial base." "The SOS Act is a critical step towards restoring our maritime industrial base and bolstering our national security."

In another tweet on March 26, Rep. Green encouraged those battling colorectal cancer to persist in their efforts and thanked Fight Colorectal Cancer for their work in this area. He wrote: "To those who are fighting colorectal cancer—keep up the good fight! Thank you to @FightCRC for having me!"
