Rep. Mark Green, a U.S. Congressman representing Tennessee’s 7th district, has recently shared his views on various legislative matters through a series of tweets. These posts address issues ranging from international influence on American studios to domestic policies regarding life and firearms export regulations.

On March 14, 2025, Rep. Mark Green expressed his stance against studios aligning with foreign political agendas. He stated, "Studios that bow to an adversarial nation's political agenda do not deserve support from tax payers." He introduced the Stopping Communist Regimes from Engaging in Edits Now Act (SCREEN Act) as part of this initiative.

In another tweet on the same day, he highlighted his commitment to protecting life by supporting legislation aimed at preventing trafficking related to aborted babies. Green wrote, "Respect for life is foundational and must not be undermined." He expressed pride in being an original cosponsor for Rep. Bob Onder's bill addressing this issue.

Additionally, Rep. Green commented on the Biden-Harris administration's policy concerning export licenses for firearms and related components. He remarked on the interim final rule that has been in place for nearly a year and expressed optimism about its potential changes following Secretary Lutnick's confirmation: "With the confirmation of Secretary Lutnick, I trust that this interim final rule (IFR) will come..."
