Rep. Mark Green, the U.S. Congress representative of Tennessee's 7th district, has recently shared his views on various important issues facing the United States. Through a series of tweets, he addressed topics including unused COVID relief funds, geopolitical tensions with China, and severe weather conditions affecting his home state.

On April 3, 2025, Rep. Green remarked on the government's efforts to address unused COVID funds. "Uncovering $1.4 billion of leftover, unused COVID funds, with another $2.9 billion potentially on the way, is exactly what the American people asked him to do. This is what leadership looks like."

Later that day, he expressed concerns about international security, specifically with regard to China's actions in the Pacific region. On April 3, 2025, he tweeted, "The United States cannot afford to back down in the face of Beijing’s growing aggression in the Pacific."

In a subsequent post on April 3, 2025, Rep. Green addressed the impact of severe weather in Tennessee, urging caution and adherence to official guidance. He stated, "Praying for those impacted by the severe storms in middle Tennessee. As these storms continue, please follow guidance from state and local officials."
