Later that day, he attended the Major Cities Law Enforcement Conference, where he praised the courage of law enforcement personnel with a tweet: "Great to be at the Major Cities Law Enforcement Conference this weekend. Our men and women in law enforcement put their lives on the line every day to protect our communities. Thank you for having me!"
Additionally, Green shared his endorsement for a legislative act known as the SAVE Act by co-sponsoring it alongside Representative Chip Roy. On the subject, Green tweeted: "I’m proud to cosponsor @RepChipRoy’s SAVE Act. What's at stake: The integrity of our elections The legitimacy of our democratic institutions."
